Dreaming of Spring
I've been reading seed catalogs and dreaming of springtime. The holiday season is drawing to a close and I am excited about the prospect of spring and summer this year. I am planning to start all of my own plants this year from seed. Last year I started about half of my plants, but I started too late and my tomatoes really didn't do much of anything. I ended up buying tomato plants instead, and was disappointed with the yield.
I am committed to only purchasing heirloom seeds this year. I want to be sure that anything I plant will contribute to, rather than, take away from the health of the planet.
